At Avielora, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, returns are simple — and every piece is backed by our 100-Day Quality Guarantee.

1. Your 30-Day Return Right

You have 30 days from the date you (or someone you designated) received your order to return your purchase — no reason required.

To start a return, email support@avielora.com with a clear statement of your decision. You may use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but it is not required.

How to Return

  1. Email support@avielora.com with your order number.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
  3. Choose your own shipping carrier and cover the return cost.
  4. Send items unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

You must ship the item back within 30 days of notifying us. The deadline is met if you send the item before the 30 days end.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm receipt and issue your refund to your original payment method, within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned item or you provide proof of shipment — whichever comes first.

We refund all payments received from you, including original (standard) shipping costs — except any extra cost from choosing a non-standard shipping upgrade. No fees are charged for the refund itself.

You cover return shipping costs. You're responsible for any reduction in an item's value resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and function.

Items That Can't Be Returned

Sealed items that aren't suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, bodysuits) can't be returned once the seal has been opened after delivery.

Note: Our Early-Access items are produced in standard sizes (XS, S, M, L) and are not custom-made — your full return right applies.

Defective or Wrong Items

For legitimate defects or wrong items shipped, we cover the return cost and arrange either a replacement or a full refund. Please contact support@avielora.com first with photos of the issue.

2. 100-Day Quality Guarantee

Every Avielora piece is covered by our 100-Day Quality Guarantee. If your item develops a quality or craftsmanship defect within 100 days of delivery under normal use, we'll repair, replace, or refund it free of charge.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and material faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care. To make a claim, email support@avielora.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and your 30-day return right, and does not affect them.
