1. When will my order arrive? 

Delivery times depend on your item type. Early Access items are sustainably made-to-order just for you, so the estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. You can also check your confirmation email for the exact estimated delivery date.

Best Sellers items are already in stock and arrive within 9-10 days. You will always see this clearly labeled on the product page before checkout.

If your order contains both types, we will ship them together once the pre-order pieces are ready, unless you contact us to request a split shipment.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59. For orders under $59, standard shipping is a flat $4.99. Express shipping is available at $9.99 (free on orders over $100).

Your shipping cost and free-shipping progress are always shown in your cart before checkout.

3. Which size should I choose?

Every product page features a detailed size chart and specific product measurements in centimeters and inches. For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring a similar garment you own flat and comparing the numbers, as this is more reliable than measuring your body.

If you are between sizes: size up for a relaxed, comfortable fit, or size down for a closer, more fitted look.

Still unsure? Email your measurements to support@avielora.com before placing your order, and we will gladly provide a personalized size recommendation.

4. Why is Avielora priced the way it is?

Our pricing is affordable because of the Customer-to-Manufacturer (C2M) model. By working directly with top production partners, we eliminate middlemen, wholesale markups, and physical retail costs. Additionally, our made-to-order approach means we never overproduce. Traditional brands often add a 30-40% markup to cover unsold inventory, but since we don't carry that excess cost, you don't have to pay for it.

As a result, you receive garments crafted to the standards of mid-tier European fashion brands, at a fair price that only reflects the true cost of making and delivering the piece directly to you.

5. What if the item doesn't fit or I'm not happy with it?

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order.

To initiate a return, simply email your order number to support@avielora.com within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

We care about your experience and handle fit or quality concerns on a case-by-case basis. If you are not completely satisfied, please reach out so we can work together to find a solution that works for you.

6. Are my items covered by a guarantee?

Yes — every Avielora piece comes with our 100-Day Quality Guarantee. If your item develops a quality or craftsmanship defect within 100 days of delivery under normal use, we will repair, replace, or refund it free of charge.

This covers manufacturing defects and material faults (not normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care). Just email support@avielora.com with your order number and a photo. This is separate from — and in addition to — your 30-day return right.

7. Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, with one timing consideration.

Since production typically begins about 5 days after you place the order, please email support@avielora.com with your order number as early as possible to get a full refund.

Once production begins, we cannot cancel the order because the piece is already being custom-made for you. However, you are never locked in, as your 30-day right of withdrawal still applies after the item is delivered.

If you are unsure about your order's timeline, just reach out to us. We will always verify the current production status before processing any cancellation requests.

8. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link and your unique tracking number. You can click through to see real-time status updates from dispatch to delivery.

For pre-orders, we'll keep you informed at every key stage even before shipping: order confirmed, production started, quality check complete, shipped, and out for delivery. This way you're never wondering where your order is throughout the made-to-order window.

If you haven't received a tracking notification by your estimated delivery date for an Early Access order or 3 business days of placing a Best Sellers order, please email support@avielora.com with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.
