Quality Guarantee — 100 Days
Avielora pieces are quality-checked before they ship. If an item arrives with a manufacturing fault, or one appears under normal use within 100 days of delivery, we will replace it free — or issue full store credit if it is sold out.
This covers faults in how an item was made. If you have simply changed your mind on an unworn item, please see our Returns policy instead.
How to claim
- Email support@avielora.com within 100 days of delivery with your order number.
- Send a short video showing the issue (add photos if that is easier).
- We will review within 5–7 business days. Most claims are settled from your video or photos; occasionally we may ask you to return the item first, and if we do, we cover the return shipping. One claim per item.
Once we have reached a decision: replacements ship on the same timeline as a new order; if the piece is sold out, we issue full store credit within 2 business days; or any refund to your original payment method arrives within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
What we cover
Manufacturing faults on items used and washed per the care label — seams or stitching coming apart, fabric flaws, faulty zippers, buttons or clasps, peeling prints, or dye bleeding in the first wash.
What we do not cover
Like any well-loved garment, our pieces show natural wear over time. Everyday wear and tear, pilling, shrinkage or fading from washing against the care label, and damage from accidents, misuse or alteration are not covered.
Care for them well — wash cold, hang to dry — and your pieces will keep their shape and color longer.
This is a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and is in addition to your rights under applicable law. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of certain remedies, so some of the above may not apply to you; this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
