Production & Delivery Times To combine sustainability with fast service, AVIELORA works with a hybrid model. Delivery time depends on the product category:
A. Ready-to-Ship (Best Sellers & In-Stock):
These popular items are pre-produced in small batches and are immediately available. Processing time: 1–2 business days. Shipping time: 5–7 business days. Total delivery time: approx. 6–10 business days.
B. Early Access (Pre-Order & New Collections):
These items are produced only after your order, to avoid overproduction. The expected delivery date is clearly shown on the product page and in the "Add to Cart" area at all times. Because each piece is made to order, the estimated delivery time is shown on each product page and in your order confirmation rather than as a fixed range.
Note: Each product page clearly indicates whether an item is "Ready-to-Ship" or "Early-Access."
Mixed Orders (Split Shipments)
If your order contains both in-stock and Early-Access items, we automatically split the delivery into two packages so you receive the in-stock items as soon as possible. There are no additional shipping costs for you. You receive a separate tracking number for each package.
Shipping Costs
Prices shown do not include sales tax. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. You will not be charged additional customs or import duties on delivery. All orders are handled climate-consciously with certified shipping partners.
Sustainability & Origin
We avoid expensive middlemen and warehouses in Europe. Your garment takes the direct route from our partner production facilities in Vietnam and China to you. This shortens the supply chain and ensures that you pay for the quality of the product, not for unnecessary logistics costs.
