Handmade after purchase
Every Avielora piece is made after you order it — we cut and sew to order rather than mass-producing in advance. It's what keeps quality high, avoids fashion waste, and is part of why our prices stay fair.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date of purchase.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. You can check your parcel anytime using the tracking link in that email.
Duties and taxes
Prices shown do not include sales tax; any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. You will not be charged additional customs or import duties on delivery.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and carrier availability. If your order is delayed, please allow a few additional business days. If it is significantly delayed, contact support@avielora.com with your order number so we can investigate.
Changes and cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@avielora.com. After that, your piece has entered production and can no longer be changed — but our 30-day return policy still applies once it arrives.
Orders with several items
If items in one order are ready at different times, we may ship them separately at no extra cost. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
Where your garment comes from
We avoid middlemen and unnecessary warehousing. Your garment takes the direct route from our partner workshops in Vietnam and China to you — so you pay for the quality of the piece, not for logistics overhead. All orders ship with certified carriers.
