Gathered Halterneck Maxi Dress

linen-like feel but its not linen, breathes way better than i expected for something with this much fabric. the halter tie sits a little loose so i double knotted it and thats held all day. ordered best seller size so shipping was quick, think it landed in under a week total. only note is it needs an underslip if youre in bright sun, otherwise perfect for a beach trip

doubted the fabric would look cheap in photos bc of the price, but it has this subtle sheen and drapes really nice when you walk, pools a little at the bottom which I love. sized up since im inbetween and it fit perfect. runs a bit long even for someone 5'6 but honestly love the dramatic length. if it hadnt worked out the 30 day return wouldve made it easy anyway

The color is a much deeper dusty rose in person than the photos show, not pale blush at all which I actually prefer. Ended up sizing down through their exchange process and the $4 return fee came out of my refund exactly like their policy says, no surprises.

washed this on gentle and it came out with zero shrinkage, drapes the same as day one, just wish it came in one more color

the dusty rose is more muted and pretty in person than in photos, not the flat pink it looks like on screen. rolled it up at the bottom of my suitcase for a full week and it came out barely wrinkled, which never happens with my other dresses. the tiered skirt has enough movement that it doesnt cling even in humidity, and the tie at the back neck means i can adjust it depending on what im wearing underneath. only wish it had pockets, but thats a small thing for how much wear i got out of it this trip. also appreciated free standard shipping on the order, made it an easy decision to try
